At Waypoint, we are building more than another wellness clinic. We are creating a longevity practice where every patient begins with a clear baseline, receives honest guidance, and follows a personalized plan designed around their health, goals, and long-term quality of life.
As our Founding Nurse Practitioner, you will be one of the first members of the clinical team and will play an important role in shaping how care is delivered.
You will evaluate patients, review medical histories and lab results, develop and monitor individualized care plans, provide treatments within your scope of practice, and build long-term relationships with the people we serve.
This is not a position where you simply step into someone else’s system. It is an opportunity to help build the practice carefully from day one and grow alongside it.
Jupiter, Florida
Full-time or part-time to start
This Opportunity Is Best Suited For:
✅ Active and unrestricted Florida APRN license
✅ Strong clinical experience in medical weight management and wellness care
✅ Experience supporting patients through GLP-1 and medically supervised weight-management programs
✅ Comfortable reviewing labs, medical histories, medications, and patient risk factors
✅ Experience developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans
✅ Able to explain treatment options, expectations, and results in clear, understandable language
✅ Organized and consistent with charting, documentation, consent, and clinical protocols
✅ Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable working in an early-stage clinical environment
✅ Available to work on-site in Jupiter, Florida, either full-time or part-time to begin
